1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using My Machinery Hub you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you publish, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for complying with applicable Indian laws relating to equipment ownership, registration and transfer.
3. Seller Obligations
- List only machinery you own or are authorised to sell or rent out.
- State model year, operating hours and condition accurately.
- Disclose known major defects and pending finance or hypothecation.
- Honour the advertised price for the listed validity period unless marked negotiable.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must independently inspect machinery, verify documents and satisfy themselves of condition before making payment. Offers submitted through the platform are commercial indications, not binding contracts.
5. Listing Guidelines
Duplicate listings, misleading photographs, unrelated categories, brokerage-only postings and contact details inside images are not permitted. We may edit, reject or remove listings that breach these guidelines.
6. Payment Terms
Seller plan fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable once listings are published, except where required by law. Machinery payments happen directly between buyer and seller; My Machinery Hub is not an escrow agent.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, brand marks and content are owned by My Machinery Hub. You grant us a licence to display listing content you upload for the purpose of operating and promoting the marketplace.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide a listing platform, not machinery. We are not liable for machine condition, title disputes, delivery failure or indirect losses arising out of transactions between users.
9. Suspension & Termination
Accounts may be suspended for fraudulent listings, repeated buyer complaints, payment disputes or misuse of contact data. Plan fees are not refunded for suspensions caused by breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
