Personal information includes your name, phone number, email address, business name, GST details, address and any identity or business documents submitted for seller verification. Listing contact details are visible to logged-in users who view your listing.

3. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand how the marketplace is used. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser; some features may then not function as intended.

4. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for payments, email delivery, analytics, mapping and cloud hosting. These providers process data only as required to deliver their service and under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Verification documents are restricted to authorised reviewers. No online system is completely secure, so we encourage strong, unique passwords.

6. User Rights

• Request export of your listing and enquiry history.

7. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion from Dashboard → Settings or by emailing support. Active listings are removed within seven working days. We retain transaction and invoice records where required by Indian tax and accounting law.
